We're seeking a full-time Client Care Coordinator to join our 100% remote team, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. If you're fluent in English and Spanish and passionate about mental health, this is your chance to make a meaningful impact! This role is fully remote but requires occasional in-office work at our Fort Lauderdale or Tampa offices. Candidates must reside within approximately 60 miles of either location to facilitate these visits. Responsibilities: • Serve as the first point of contact, answering calls and emails with professionalism and warmth. • Assist clients with inquiries, appointment scheduling, and service information. • Conduct client intakes, collect essential details, and complete accurate documentation. • Manage client records and schedules in our electronic health record (EHR) system. • Collaborate remotely with clinicians and staff to ensure seamless operations. • Perform light administrative tasks to support our practice's success. Qualifications: • Required: Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)-no exceptions. • Preferred: Experience with client intakes in a mental health outpatient clinic or private practice. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to thrive in a fast-paced role. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-you're a natural people person! • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. • Proficiency with EHR systems and tools like Google Workspace (Zendesk experience is a plus). • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in a related field preferred. • Must pass a fingerprint-based background check.
