Human Resources Administrative Assistant We are seeking a detail-oriented, team-focused Human Resources Administrative Assistant to support both Human Resources administration and budgeting/financial data management. This position is intentionally structured with two primary focus areas: HR support and Excel-based budgeting and financial tracking. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, advanced Excel expertise, and an adaptable mindset, and enjoys contributing across a variety of responsibilities rather than performing repetitive tasks. Hourly Position - Full time Key Responsibilities: Human Resources: • Maintain HR information systems, employee records, and digital files with accuracy, confidentiality, and discretion • Support the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and onboarding processes • Assist with HR initiatives, projects, and departmental priorities • Provide professional, customer-focused support to employees and new hires • Prepare employment offer letters and assist with hiring communications • Post job openings, update recruiting platforms, and help refine job descriptions • Support payroll and benefits administration • Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, correspondence, and document organization Budgeting & Financial / Excel: • Assist in preparing department and companywide budgets by compiling data, entering figures, and maintaining accurate spreadsheets • Reconcile financial data, verify accuracy, and support budget adjustments as needed • Support forecasting by organizing and updating financial information and departmental input • Maintain organized financial documentation and reports to support leadership planning and decision-making Required Skills & Qualifications: • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with a customer-service mindset • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including budgeting, financial reporting, reconciliation, and data accuracy • Strong general computer skills, including Microsoft Word and office systems • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving ability • Proven ability to handle confidential information with professionalism • Dependable, adaptable team player able to manage multiple priorities effectively • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred • Previous experience in Human Resources, accounting/finance support, or administrative support preferred • Eagerness to learn and willingness to support a variety of responsibilities Benefits: • Medical, Vision, Dental, Disability, Life, Critical Illness, and Accident insurance • Paid vacation and bereavement • 401(k) with company match Myrtle Beach Seaside Resorts believes that employees are our strength, vendors are our standard, homeowners are our prospect, and customers are our focus.
