Job Overview : Search Solution Group is seeking a Senior Sales Executive on behalf of our client, a global manufacturer specializing in precision cutting tools, bearings, hydraulic equipment, machine tools, robots, and high-speed steel. The ideal candidate will bring senior-level sales leadership, cross-cultural management experience, and a strong strategic vision to maximize team and organizational performance. Key Responsibilities : • Lead and oversee a multicultural sales team. • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives. • Foster cross-cultural communication and collaboration between international and domestic team members. • Collaborate closely with executive leadership to shape and drive sales strategies at the division and corporate levels. • Identify opportunities to expand business and contribute to the evolution of the role, potentially into a Board-level position. • Monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies. • Support professional development and mentoring of direct reports to build a high-performing team. Requirements include : Education : • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred). Experience : • Senior leadership experience in sales, preferably within robotics, industrial automation, or related industries. • Proven success managing international and multicultural teams. • Experience in strategic sales planning and execution. Skills : • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent cross-cultural communication and relationship-building skills. • Ability to adapt to a flexible, growth-oriented corporate culture. Certifications : • Not required but relevant sales or leadership certifications are a plus. Knowledge : • Deep understanding of robotics, industrial automation, and manufacturing sales. • Familiarity with international business practices and multicultural team dynamics.
