Assist content managers by researching, logging, and troubleshooting part and application information and producing digital assets.
Bachelor’s degree required with skills in research, data entry, and following standard processes.
SUMMARY: The person in this position is responsible for assisting the Content Manager(s) and Content Analyst(s) with researching, obtaining, and troubleshooting accurate part and application information. Also, logs the research found into internal databases. REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES: Communicate high quality researched application information to Content Manager(s) and Content Analyst(s) within appropriate time frames following standard processes Follow the standard process and best practice of part information exchange and gathering Research and log part, application, and competitive information on current and potential categories Troubleshoot existing information on current categories Produce and revise digital assets meeting required specifications RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES WITHIN THE QUALITY SYSTEM: Assist with: Resolve part and application information. Improvements of processes and synchronization with part and application information EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree or Higher
