Summary We are seeking a Supply Chain Systems and Process Manager – Outbound to drive systems integration, process improvement, and operational efficiency across outbound distribution functions. This role serves as a critical link between supply chain operations, engineering, and IT, ensuring that systems capabilities align with business process needs in a high-volume retail environment. Description The Supply Chain Systems and Process Manager partners with cross-functional teams to implement, enhance, and sustain best-in-class supply chain technology solutions. With a strong focus on outbound logistics, this position ensures that Distribution and Transportation Management Systems (TMS/WMS) support operational goals, optimize throughput, and drive adoption of standardized processes. The role collaborates with engineering, operations, IT, and external vendors to develop business requirements, implement product enhancements, and roll out standardized operating procedures. Responsibilities include: • Partnering with engineering and operations teams to maximize system-driven productivity and throughput. • Collaborating with IT to define and validate business requirements for new system capabilities. • Maintaining and executing a product roadmap for supply chain systems, focusing on transportation and distribution. • Leading configuration, testing, and implementation of outbound-related functionality in WMS and TMS platforms. • Developing and deploying standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve inbound and outbound processes. • Working with vendors and internal teams (both local and offshore) to achieve operational and strategic goals. • Ensuring master data integrity through collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders. • Adapting to evolving responsibilities as business needs change. Requirements Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field—or equivalent work experience. Experience: • 4+ years in Supply Chain, Operations, or Engineering roles with a strong focus on process improvement. • Experience with best-in-class distribution systems and driving organizational change. • Proven success in leading strategic supply chain initiatives within large, complex environments. • Hands-on expertise with Manhattan Active Warehouse Management and Oracle Transportation Management. Skills: • Deep functional and technical knowledge of Distribution and Transportation systems. • Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Strong change management capabilities and ability to lead cross-functional teams. • Critical thinking and problem-solving aptitude to resolve technical and operational challenges.
