Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 4+ years in supply chain or operations with process improvement focus, hands-on experience with Manhattan Active WMS and Oracle TMS, strong change management and communication skills.

ABOUT THE ROLE The Supply Chain Systems and Process Manager – Outbound is responsible for driving systems integration, process improvement, and operational efficiency across outbound distribution functions. Serving as the link between supply chain operations, engineering, and IT, this role ensures that Warehouse Management and Transportation Management Systems align with business processes to support growth, throughput, and standardization. RESPONSIBILITIES • Partner with engineering and operations teams to maximize system-driven productivity and throughput • Collaborate with IT to define and validate business requirements for new system capabilities • Maintain and execute a product roadmap for supply chain systems with a focus on transportation and distribution • Lead configuration, testing, and implementation of outbound-related functionality in WMS and TMS platforms • Develop and deploy standard operating procedures to improve inbound and outbound processes • Work with vendors and internal teams, including offshore partners, to achieve operational and strategic goals • Ensure master data integrity through collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders • Adapt to evolving responsibilities as business needs change QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience • Four or more years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or Engineering with a strong focus on process improvement • Experience implementing best-in-class distribution systems and driving organizational change • Proven success in leading strategic supply chain initiatives within large, complex environments • Hands-on expertise with Manhattan Active Warehouse Management and Oracle Transportation Management • Deep functional and technical knowledge of Distribution and Transportation systems • Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders • Strong change management capabilities and ability to lead cross-functional teams • Critical thinking and problem-solving aptitude to resolve technical and operational challenges PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Experience in large-scale retail distribution environments • Additional certifications in supply chain systems or process improvement methodologies
