Job Summary: We’re seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources to join our team here at Sealink International Inc. In this key leadership role, you will oversee all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and organizational culture. The ideal candidate has exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to drive HR initiatives that align with our company’s goals and objectives. Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR Leadership: • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives across multiple entities. • Advise executive leadership on organizational structure, workforce planning, and talent strategy. • Promote a unified HR vision and standardize policies across multiple entities Talent Acquisition & Retention: • Oversee recruitment strategies, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processes. • Design programs for employee engagement, retention, and development. • Partner with management to identify critical talent needs and succession planning. Employee Relations & Culture: • Ensure effective employee relations practices, conflict resolution, and grievance handling. • Champion a positive, inclusive workplace culture across all entities. • Develop and communicate HR policies and procedures consistently across teams. Performance Management & Development: • Lead performance appraisal processes, goal-setting frameworks, and development plans. • Identify training and professional development opportunities for staff at all levels. • Monitor employee performance trends and recommend interventions as needed. Compensation & Benefits: • Oversee compensation programs, payroll, and benefits administration. • Ensure competitive and compliant salary structures across locations. • Collaborate with finance and management to manage HR budgets. Compliance & Risk Management: • Ensure compliance with US labor laws and local regulations applicable to each entity. • Maintain employment records and reporting in accordance with legal requirements. • Manage audits, HR metrics, and reporting to senior leadership. Cross-Entity Oversight: • Harmonize HR policies, practices, and standards across multiple entities • Serve as the primary HR contact for executive leadership for all entities. • Support integration or alignment initiatives between entities, including HR systems and reporting. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred. • 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles. • Experience managing HR for multiple entities, including international or cross-border teams. • Strong knowledge of US labor law and HR best practices; familiarity with operations in India or other jurisdictions is a plus. • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. • Strategic thinking with the ability to balance operational execution and long-term planning.
