The Americas Revenue Operations Team supports approximately 60% of Seagate’s global volume and revenue. Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop a high-performing team of Account Managers across diverse business segments. Serve as a strategic partner and advocate for our customers, fostering strong relationships and deep market insights. Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Logistics, Legal, Product Marketing, Sales, and Global Revenue Operations to meet key performance metrics. Support contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and product alignment to ensure mutual success. Drive forecast accuracy and demand alignment across your team, contributing to overall business predictability. Manage revenue performance, ensuring alignment with financial plans, linearity, and projections. Navigate product transitions and timelines with precision across the customer base. Act as a senior escalation point for customer issues, ensuring swift and effective resolution. Champion continuous improvement initiatives and AI-driven efficiencies across the organization. Develop long-term strategic insights into market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities. Inspire, mentor, and grow your team to maintain a best-in-class operational standard. About you: Proven leadership experience managing medium to large teams. Exceptional relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders and external customers. Strategic thinker with strong tactical execution capabilities. Proficient in SAP/IBP and other ERP/planning tools. Advanced Excel skills with a strong foundation in data analytics and reporting. Expertise in demand planning and forecasting methodologies. Deep understanding of the storage industry, particularly the Hard Drive market. Passionate about AI adoption and driving innovation through technology. Your experience includes: Extensive experience in Revenue Operations or a related field. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. Demonstrated success in team leadership and operational strategy. Hands-on experience with key business tools including Excel, SAP/IBP, and Salesforce. Supply chain knowledge is a strong plus. The estimated base salary range for this position is $130,000 - $190,000. The individual salary is based on work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
