The Opportunity We are seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Regional Sales Manager to expand SeaDream’s presence across the Northeast U.S. and Eastern Canada. The ideal candidate has a strong record of success selling luxury travel, hospitality, or lifestyle experiences and thrives on building lasting partnerships with top travel advisors and high-net-worth clients. Key Responsibilities • Develop and grow sales within an assigned territory through proactive engagement with travel agencies, luxury consortia, and direct clients. • Represent SeaDream with professionalism and passion at client meetings, industry events, and trade shows. • Deliver compelling presentations and product trainings that inspire advisors to sell SeaDream. • Nurture long-term relationships that result in repeat and referral business. • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure excellent client service and follow-through. • Consistently achieve or exceed annual sales targets and key performance goals. Qualifications • Proven track record in sales within luxury travel, hospitality, or yachting. • Established relationships within the travel advisor community preferred. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Ability to travel up to 70–80% (typically 3–4 nights per week). • Strong business acumen and self-motivation to manage a large, multi-state territory. • Authorized to work in the U.S. and based in the Northeast region (NY, NJ, DC, or CT). • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
