Top Manufacturing Company is hiring a Director of Finance (FP&A) A growing manufacturing company is seeking a Director of Finance to lead financial planning, analysis, and decision support across operations. This is a highly visible role partnering closely with Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial leadership, with strong exposure to executive management. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step into a senior finance leadership role and serve as the primary FP&A leader for the business. Compensation / Benefits: • Strong base pay • + Competitive annual bonus • + Equity or long-term incentive potential • + Health / Dental / Vision / 401k • + Clear opportunity for growth and expanded leadership scope Responsibilities: • Financial leadership for monthly and quarterly close, forecasting, and reporting, with a strong emphasis on forward-looking analysis • Own the annual budget, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial planning processes • Lead FP&A support for manufacturing operations, including volume, mix, labor, overhead, and margin analysis • Drive pricing analytics, margin optimization, and customer / product profitability analysis • Partner closely with Operations and Supply Chain on inventory management, working capital, and cost efficiency initiatives • Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly KPI dashboards, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities • Analyze and explain variances versus budget, forecast, and prior periods, translating results into clear business insights • Support capital planning, ROI analysis, and investment decision-making • Act as a strategic business partner to senior leadership, communicating key drivers across the full P&L • Support ERP and financial systems enhancements, including reporting and planning tools • Establish, improve, and document financial processes, models, and controls • Collaborate with Accounting to ensure alignment between actuals, forecasts, and reporting Requirements: • 10+ years of progressive finance experience • Manufacturing / tangible-product environment experience strongly preferred • Deep FP&A experience (budgeting, forecasting, modeling, variance analysis) • Strong background in pricing, margin analysis, and inventory analytics • Experience partnering with Operations and Supply Chain leadership • Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills • ERP experience highly preferred (implementation or optimization a plus) • Strong communication and executive-level business partnering skills • Interest in growing and developing long-term with the organization
