This role leads a diverse portfolio of projects spanning Operations, Engineering, R&D, and Supply Chain, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering measurable impact. How You Will Make Contributions That Matter Project Leadership & Execution Lead the successful planning, management, and execution of assigned high-impact projects from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones. Identify and manage project deliverables, risks, and dependencies. Quantify risk impact on strategic objectives, proactively escalate issues, and remove roadblocks. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and objectives. Provide regular updates to stakeholders, facilitate project meetings, and ensure transparency on project status. Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables. Strategic Analysis & Continuous Improvement Analyze project data and compile insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize outcomes. Contribute to the evolution of PMO processes, tools, and best practices to enhance project delivery. Documentation & Reporting Keep project documentation, trackers, and reporting current to ensure alignment and visibility across teams. What You Bring to the Role 3–5 years of experience managing or supporting cross-functional projects; experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or Engineering preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical thinking with a strategic mindset—able to connect project execution to broader business outcomes. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative team player who also thrives in independent, self-directed work. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with Business Intelligence tools is a plus.
