Title: Financial Analyst Reports To: VP, Financial Planning & Analysis and Exhibitor Finance Position Overview The Financial Analyst will support the Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis and Exhibitor Finance with gross margin management, exhibitor accounting, and financial reporting. This position reports into our Midtown Manhattan Office Monday-Thursday with the option to work from home on Fridays. Responsibilities include: Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial reports, forecasts, and budgets. Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting process. Assist in analyzing financial performance and provide insights to senior management. Work closely with cross-functional teams to help identify opportunities that can positively impact the company's financial performance. Prepare and maintain gross margin calculations and reporting. Collaborate with the accounting team to track actual financial results against forecasts. Assist in ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed. Help support business development and decision-making by providing financial insights. Qualifications include: BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required. 2-3 years of finance and/or accounting experience preferred. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent time management and prioritization skills. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with different departments and senior managers. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Salary Range: 60,000-70,000 USD Annually + Benefits + Bonus Opportunity The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training, and skill level.
