About Us Screenverse is a growing leader in programmatic and Digital Out Of Home media sales. We are a full-service provider of ad management and monetization services for media screen owners. We help our partners optimize revenue while simultaneously enabling brands to reach and connect with their desired audience in the physical world in moments that matter. DOOH media is fast growing and siphoning shares from traditional online advertising. The Position: Lead a small and talented team of experienced Engineers in building profitable, customer-adopted products. This is a fully remote position managing a globally distributed team across nine time zones, with a track record of delivering impactful solutions. Key Responsibilities Drive engineering excellence while managing day-to-day operations for a distributed team of mostly senior engineers Foster career development through mentorship and thoughtful performance reviews Partner closely with Product to shape technical strategy, scope initiatives, and deliver against complex roadmap priorities Build and optimize processes that balance velocity with quality, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations Facilitate effective team ceremonies that drive clarity, collaboration, and continuous improvement Navigate technical decisions by building consensus among diverse perspectives and approaches Collaborate with a US-based manager of an offshore engineering partners in India to align on shared tooling and product ecosystem What You Bring Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams in remote environments Excellence in asynchronous communication and building team cohesion across time zones Strong technical background with the ability to guide architectural decisions Experience building scalable processes that empower engineers while maintaining accountability Skill in translating between technical and business contexts Preferred Qualifications Experience managing globally distributed engineering teams Background in advertising technology or related industries What We Offer Opportunity to lead a team building products with proven market fit and strong customer adoption Work with a team of skilled engineers who are passionate about their craft Comprehensive benefits package Fully remote work environment with flexible hours Salary Salary range is $180,000 - $220,000 USD. Our salary ranges are determined by role level and location. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in the role is dependent upon many factors, such as location, transferable, or job related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands.
