The Client Services Vice President (CSVP) plays a critical leadership role in representing SCP Health and ensuring we consistently exceed client expectations. As the primary point of contact for all SCP Health programs supporting the client, the CSVP is responsible for aligning services with the client’s clinical and operational needs. This role focuses on driving measurable outcomes that enhance the client experience while achieving key goals in service delivery, quality, and financial performance. Responsibilities: Clinical Operations & Quality: Partner with Medical Directors to drive clinical performance and patient satisfaction across Emergency and Hospital Medicine programs. Lead operational assessments, address patient complaints, and support compliance with regulatory standards and quality metrics. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary liaison with hospital clients, ensuring alignment on clinical, operational, and financial goals. Collaborate with leadership to support contract performance, reporting, and strategic planning. Participate in QBRs and client engagement initiatives. Provider Engagement & Staffing: Foster positive provider relationships to support engagement and retention. Collaborate with recruiting, scheduling, and credentialing teams to ensure optimal staffing. Support onboarding, orientation, and provider coaching initiatives. Billing, Documentation & Compliance: Work with billing and CDI teams to ensure documentation and coding compliance. Maintain functional knowledge of billing practices, reimbursement models, and regulatory standards affecting clinical operations. Leadership & Collaboration: Build strong relationships across departments, contributing to service expansion, process improvement, and shared success across clinical and administrative teams. Education (Required and/or Preferred): Bachelor’s – Preferred Field of Study: Nursing-Preferred Work Experience: Applicable experience – 5 years of experience Certificates/Licenses: Registered Nurse or NP-preferred
