Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Engineering Project Coordinator to partner closely with Technical Program Managers, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to support the successful delivery of hardware and consumer electronics programs. This role requires strong project coordination, organizational, communication, and documentation skills while working with cross-functional and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in program tracking, procurement coordination, logistics management, budgeting support, and vendor communication in fast-paced technical environments. Key Responsibilities • Collect, validate, and process allocation and resource requests. • Manage and coordinate distribution and logistics operations. • Support budget planning, forecasting, and cost tracking activities. • Manage procurement workflows and track Purchase Orders (POs). • Partner with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure on-time shipping and delivery. • Coordinate activities across engineering, operations, vendors, and global teams. • Manage multiple hardware and engineering programs simultaneously. • Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, and status reports. • Track risks, dependencies, and action items to support program execution. • Monitor data accuracy in tracking systems, spreadsheets, and project tools. Minimum Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in engineering program coordination, technical program management, or project operations. • Experience supporting hardware development, manufacturing, and supply chain operations. • Proven experience working with domestic and international vendors and suppliers. • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and program tracking tools. • Strong ability to manage complex datasets, reports, and dashboards. • Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-functional teams. • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in high-growth, startup, or fast-paced technology environments. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Familiarity with ERP systems, procurement platforms, and project management tools. • Experience supporting global programs and distributed teams. • Knowledge of hardware product lifecycle and manufacturing processes. Education • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
