Full Description

Construction Operations & Risk Manager We are looking for a Construction Operations & Risk Manager to support the Vice President of Construction in building systems that enable efficient growth, operational discipline, and risk management. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement operational systems and SOPs to improve efficiency and reduce risk. • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and performance; provide executive-level reporting. • Lead quality control of schedules, milestone reviews, and workforce planning. • Oversee subcontractor/vendor compliance, contract performance, and financial processes. • Ensure safety, compliance, and regulatory alignment across projects. • Identify and mitigate risks through data analysis and process improvements. • Partner with leadership on strategic planning and continuous improvement. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred. • 5+ years of construction operations or project management. • Experience developing scalable processes in high-growth environments. • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills. • Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore).
