Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the shopping experience, driving sales, educating customers and ensuring customer satisfaction in our retail environment. The job requires someone that is flexible and can work in the Orlando and the Apopka locations. A car is a must so you can commute to those locations. Duties • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their inquiries. • Utilize effective phone etiquette to handle customer calls and provide information about products and services. • Communicate product features and benefits to customers, facilitating informed purchasing decisions. • Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products and enhance the overall sales experience. • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. • Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and inventory levels to assist customers effectively. • Support store operations by restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining a clean shopping environment. • Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and improve store performance. Requirements • High school diploma or GED is required • Driver license is required • Must be 21+ to apply • Previous experience in retail sales is required • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. • Proficiency in cash handling procedures and basic math skills. • Ability to upsell products while maintaining a positive customer experience. • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as it enhances communication with diverse customers. • A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and teamwork is essential. • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
