Senior Sales Analyst – Global Automotive About the Role We are seeking a Senior Sales Analyst to lead global sales planning, forecasting, and reporting activities. This role plays a critical part in analyzing automotive industry trends, translating data into actionable insights, and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual sales planning and forecasting processes. • Conduct detailed variance analysis and clearly communicate performance drivers to stakeholders. • Analyze automotive market trends, customer demand, and global economic factors impacting volume and revenue. • Maintain and improve sales reporting systems, tools, and large data sets. • Support portfolio and pipeline reviews in partnership with the sales organization. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization and system implementations. • Prepare executive-ready reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years of related sales analysis, forecasting, or commercial operations experience. • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including complex models and executive reporting. • Strong experience with sales analysis, market analysis, and volume forecasting. • Solid understanding of the automotive industry, OEM dynamics, and global economic trends. • Experience working with large databases and enterprise systems. • Excellent communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
