While others are waitlisted, we are deploying. We are launching our US operations, and we are looking for our First Technical Hire in the Americas.This is a Founding Role. You will not just be "supporting sales"; you will be the right hand to the US GTM lead, helping to define our go-to-market strategy, build our technical playbook from scratch, and architect the solutions that will power the next generation of AI unicorns. If you are a builder who is tired of corporate bureaucracy and wants to own the technical destiny of a high-growth infrastructure company, this is your role. What You Will Build (0-to-1) As the Founding Solution Architect, your mandate is to turn our raw compute power into a winning product for US enterprises. • The Technical Sales Motion: You will define how we demo, how we benchmark, and how we prove value. You will build the "Scitix Standard" for technical engagement. • The "Whale" Architect: You will personally lead the architecture and deployment for our first 10 strategic "Whale" customers (Series B/C Scale-ups), ensuring their training and inference clusters run flawlessly. • The Feedback Loop: You are the bridge between the US market and our Engineering HQ. You will translate customer pain points into product features for our PaaS and Orchestration layers. • The Future Team: As we scale to $25M+ revenue, you will help hire, train, and lead the future Solutions Engineering team. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Technical Leadership • Partner with the US GTM Lead to identify target verticals (GenAI, BioTech, Trading) and tailor our technical value proposition for each. • Develop reference architectures for high-performance workloads (e.g., "Llama-3 Training on H200s," "AlphaFold on Scitix"). • Create our initial technical collateral: white papers, benchmark reports, and deployment guides. 2. High-Stakes Execution • Own the technical win. Lead proof-of-concepts (POCs) that prove our H200/B200 clusters outperform AWS/CoreWeave on price-performance. • Hands-on debugging. You are the "Level 3" support for our Pioneer customers. If a cluster performance degrades, you dive into the logs to fix it. • Guide customers through the migration from Hyperscalers to Scitix, ensuring a "White Glove" onboarding experience. 3. Ecosystem & Partners • Work with our channel partners (like WWT, Insight) to enable their technical teams to sell Scitix. • Build integrations with MLOps partners (e.g., Weights & Biases, Run.ai) to make our platform sticky. What We Are Looking For (The Builder Profile) You are a rare hybrid: Deeply technical, commercially savvy, and operationally gritty. Must-Haves: • 5+ years in HPC / AI Infrastructure: You have hands-on experience with GPU clouds, data centers, or supercomputing clusters. • The "0-to-1" Mindset: You have worked at an early-stage startup or built a new practice within a larger org. You thrive in ambiguity and don't need a handbook—you write the handbook. • Technical Fluency: • Hardware: Deep knowledge of NVIDIA H100/H200/B200 architecture and InfiniBand/ROCE networking. • Orchestration: Expert in Kubernetes (K8s) and Slurm. You know how to schedule a 1,000-GPU job. • AI Stack: Familiarity with PyTorch, Ray, Megatron-LM, and inference engines like vLLM/TRT-LLM. • Customer Obsession: You can explain complex network topology to a CTO and business value to a CFO in the same meeting. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience at a "Neocloud" (CoreWeave, Lambda, RunPod, Nebius) or Specialized AI Hardware firm (Cerebras, Graphcore). • Background in High-Frequency Trading (HFT) infrastructure or research computing. • Experience building or managing a technical team.
