Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for an HR Assistant for our valued client, a Mississippi-based healthcare organization committed to providing quality patient care and supporting medical providers through efficient HR and operational processes. The role is 100% remote, though local Mississippi candidates are preferred should the position convert to full-time permanent employment. POSITION OVERVIEW: The HR Assistant will provide essential administrative and operational support to the HR and accounting teams during an HRIS transition and open enrollment period. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. This position plays a key role in maintaining efficiency and ensuring smooth HR and accounting workflows within a supportive, “no drama” workplace culture. Candidates will be employed through Scion Staffing during the temporary-to-hire period and may be considered for full-time conversion based on performance and client fit.
