This is a full-time position in a food manufacturing environment with opportunities for advancement! What You Will Do: • Create and manage weekly plant production schedules in coordination with the Supply/Demand team. • Plan and schedule all production preparation tasks, including packaging (e.g., cap labels) and ingredient processing (cutting, trimming, crushing, etc.) to meet daily production needs. • Monitor and maintain kimchi sauce inventory to fulfill weekly production requirements. • Review and analyze production loss percentage data and implement corrective actions as needed. • Verify ingredient and packaging material availability based on forecasts; address shortages proactively. • Issue purchase orders to vendors in accordance with minimum order quantities (MoQ) and lead times. • Communicate with temporary staffing agencies to request additional personnel or report absences/issues. What You Will Bring: • High school diploma or GED. • 2+ years of experience in production scheduling or manufacturing operations. • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail. • Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
