Assist visitors, handle communications, and support management with administrative tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, organizational skills, multitasking, and customer service attitude.
• Greet visitors at the front desk by welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately • Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve excellent customer satisfaction • Assist customers with orders and payments • Receiving and sorting mail for multiple businesses daily • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies • Assist management team with meeting preparations • Assist with other company related tasks and/or small projects as assigned Requirements: • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise • Excellent organizational skills • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks • Customer service attitude QuickBooks experience a plus. Musical knowledge a plus. M-F 9 AM - 3 PM Job Type: Part-time Pay: $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 per week Work Location: In person
