Job Overview A Project Manager at Schoenherr Roofing is responsible for ensuring a 5-star experience throughout the entirety of the installation process. Whether it is during the initial review of the project, ordering and delivering materials, sending photos and updates of the installation, constant communication, and customer sign offs, and check collection, it is all expected to be done with the highest level of quality assurance and customer satisfaction. It is the Project Manager's responsibility to ensure that every project is done on-time and on-budget while delivering the best experience a homeowner has ever had, and ever will have, with a home improvement company. Highly organized and attentive to detail. Ability to multi-task and pivot quickly. Exceptional follow up and follow through skills. Ability to safely climb a ladder, crawl through attics, and walk on top of steep roofs. Comfortable with heights. Must be able to lift, carry, and setup a ladder (50 lbs.). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Working knowledge of technological tools and ability to utilize various software systems. Ability to work across numerous teams and departments to efficiently schedule and complete projects on-time and on-budget. Responsibilities Duties and Responsibilities: • THE “SCHOENHERR ROOFING 5-STAR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE” – Ensure that every customer receives this every time by building and establishing trust and managing the customer relationships by focusing on the company core values from the first to the last contact. Quality Assurance – Ensure that you, as well as each Foreman is following our systems, processes, and SOP's as well as the manufacturers' specifications set forth on every job that you are responsible for overseeing. Ensure that your communication with the foreman and homeowner leaves no room for doubt or a lack of quality. If any issues with the quality of the installation or product have occurred, the Project Manager is responsible for ensuring all repairs have been completed prior to issuing that roofing crew another job. Project Management – Coordinates, schedules, and oversees each roof replacement project. Pulls permits, schedules inspections, and closes out permits. Ensures that each project is on-time and on-budget. Review roofing specialists' notes, order materials, create work orders, schedule deliveries (materials and dumpsters), schedule crews, oversee installation, ensure updates are always being communicated to the homeowner, closing out the job, and get paid.
