Now we need someone to turn POCs into production systems. The Role: Head of Technology at Schneiders Saddlery 75-year e-commerce company. Profitable. Modern stack. No legacy debt. No bureaucracy. You'll Own: Complete tech stack (Shopify Plus, BigQuery, AWS) AI automation for business operations Turning CEO prototypes into production systems Direct line to leadership -- no ticket queues You Must Be: An AI-native developer. Not "uses Copilot." Someone with a systematic approach to AI development -- requirements, design, implementation, review. You direct AI to build complete systems. AND An e-commerce engineer. You've built on Shopify, Magento, or similar. You understand orders, inventory, integrations at a technical level. AND Comfortable with ambiguity. CEO hands you a working prototype. You figure out how to make it production-ready.
