Job overview: Schneider is seeking a Logistics Analyst in Wayne to handle operational-related tasks and analyze current services, projects and business initiatives to provide information for better decision-making. The Logistics Analyst will maintain databases, extract information and develop metrics to improve performance. Responsibilities: Develop intermediate reports for root cause analysis of transportation issues. Prepare and interpret data to aid leadership decision-making. Implement process changes for continuous improvement. Develop supply chain metrics and goals. Provide support and analysis for transportation management systems. Report project statuses to leadership teams. Lead small cross-functional processes to achieve desired outcomes.
