For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $96,000 - $144,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your Mission We’re looking for an Order Management Senior Business Analyst to contribute to our ongoing transformation initiatives across the North America region. In this role, you will lead key business analysis activities from requirement gathering to process optimization, to support scalable, standardized digital solutions. You will collaborate with a broad range of business and technical stakeholders to translate customer and organizational needs into actionable deliverables, while helping drive essential change management efforts. This role has a direct impact on strengthening Schneider Electric’s digital capabilities and improving business performance. What you'll be doing Work in a cross-functional environment with business groups, IT teams, and end users to identify, document, and communicate business processes and requirements. Take a leadership role in the SAFe/Agile development process to ensure alignment, integration, and deployment of customer and business requirements. Collaborate with users and stakeholders to define and prioritize business requirements, ensuring alignment with PMI and Customer Project Process (CPP) standards. Work with team members to define requirements and validate digital solutions that align with business strategies, standards, and policies. Lead user acceptance testing activities with business teams and end users. Identify key business transformation needs across user groups. Support transformation efforts and drive adoption among end users, surfacing issues and concerns from the business community. Identify business value and link it to relevant solution deployments. Prepare and present progress updates, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders and steering committees. Partner with Change Management and Business Stakeholders to define strategies that support and champion transformation. Commercial experience with expertise in order entry processes, returns, and claims. Demonstrated success leading large and complex projects involving multiple business units, suppliers, and regions, with measurable outcomes. Ability to analyze and design business processes with a forward‑looking and innovative mindset. Industry and product knowledge across relevant Schneider Electric domains. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and facilitate decisions. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to translate business value into effective user stories and acceptance criteria. Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership when required. Ability to contribute effectively in both team‑based and independent work environments. Flexibility to work with varying schedules or across time zones when needed. Ability to collaborate quickly across functional teams to resolve impediments and provide clarifications. Experience with Secure Power, Digital Buildings, ASCO, Digital Power, or the Mexico market is a plus. Experience with SAP, Salesforce, or similar digital systems is a plus.
