Job Overview Schiele Group is a growing conventional, digital, large format print and mail house. We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Print Production Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional support to clients, handling inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience across various communication channels. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office and computer skills, and have experience in printing customer support roles. Duties • Manage print projects from start to finish in a conventional, digital and large format shop • Pace print management experience a plus • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details • Handle outbound calling campaigns to engage with clients and promote services • Assist customers with data entry, account updates, and transaction processing including cash handling • Resolve customer issues efficiently by analyzing problems and offering appropriate solutions • Uphold excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions • Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and customer satisfaction • Support client services initiatives by participating in training sessions and team meetings Requirements • Proven experience in print customer support, or client services roles • Strong communication skills in English • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills • Ability to handle high-volume outbound calling and manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Excellent data entry, typing speed, and analysis skills for accurate record keeping • Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism with customers via phone and written communication • Knowledge of sales techniques and customer support best practices is desirable • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze situations quickly and effectively • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail This position offers an engaging work environment where your communication skills can make a meaningful impact on customer satisfaction.
