Marketing/Communications Project Manager We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate marketing and communications initiatives across diverse client portfolios. This role requires strong organizational skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities: · Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. ·Lead creative, digital, content, and quality assurance teams to align project goals, set timelines, and ensure error-free and on-time deliveries. ·Manage external vendors for printing, translations, and resource subscriptions. · Monitor team progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines and client expectations. · Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. · Facilitate regular status meetings and provide clear communication on project updates. · Translate client goals into actionable strategies and deliverables. · Ensure cross-functional collaboration and resolve any workflow bottlenecks. · Review deliverables for accuracy, brand alignment, and quality. · Track KPIs and prepare post-project performance reports. Required Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field. · 3–5 years of experience in project management working in an ad agency or marketing communications firm/department. · Experience managing agency or client-side marketing projects. · Strong understanding of and proven track record in managing print, digital marketing, branding, and internal communications projects. · Excellent presentation skills and proficiency in leading client meetings. · Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. · Ability to track and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring proper workflow, proofing, and quality control. · Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Desired Skills: · Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com). · Passion for storytelling, branding, and audience engagement.
