THIS IS A REMOTE ROLE; HOWEVER, WE ONLY OPERATE IN THE FOLLOWING STATES: AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, MI, MA, MN, MO, NJ, NY, NC, OH, PA, SC, TX, VA, AND WI. JOB SUMMARY Process and analyze workforce data from health care clients derived from their Human Capital Management systems. Cleans and transforms raw data into structured formats, mapping client job data into standardized job frameworks, and supporting the integrity of a centralized client database. This work will directly support compensation consulting, workforce planning, benchmarking, and broader client deliverables. PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES * Support the day-to-day operations of ongoing data acquisition (data collection, cleaning, and reporting) for the WI360 technology solution  * Collect, analyze, and validate data prior to it being stored for final use by the organization and/or its clients  * Ensure data integrity by implementing quality assurance practices, gathering and entering missing data, and resolving any anomalies * Work interdependently with technology partners and internal consultants to ensure successful client implementation and client deliverables based on established targets and goals  * Participate in client implementation tasks and partner across practices to facilitate end-to-end implementation activities including data procurement, data validation, data integration, system and report configuration and ongoing maintenance activities * Interface with external clients, functional IT teams, internal consultants across practices, and other software delivery team members * Identify areas of improvement in data collection processes or systems and make recommendations to correct any deficiencies * Assist with the development and implementation of related technology initiatives and continuous improvement; also assist with generation of client deliverables   KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES * BA or BS, within data analytics, computer programming, statistics or related field * Experience in compensation, HR, Analytics or related field  * Familiar with or understand job evaluations, salary surveys, market pricing and salary range analysis * Ability to clean and process data into the system with adequate speed and accuracy and high degree of sensitivity * Experience using Excel and be able to write complex functions such as: pivot tables, lookup formulas (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP), logical formulas (or, if, and, iserror), conditional formatting, and numerous other excel functions * Ability to visualize data to stakeholders in a simple and concise manner through visualization software * Strong analytical skills, including demonstrated data analysis and interpretation skills * Experience in Workday, PeopleSoft/Oracle and SAP HRIS systems a plus * Self-starter with demonstrated ability to successfully assist with complex project deliverables in a very driven and changing organization * Flexibility, adaptability and the ability to work under tight deadlines or changing needs * Confidence and ability to work independently * Attention to detail * High level of self-motivation Preferred Qualifications * Knowledge of HR programs, processes, HR data management, workforce planning, job mapping and career frameworks – highly preferred * Knowledge and or work in the health care industry * Experience or knowledge in compensation and benefits SALARY, BENEFITS AND PERKS * Competitive total compensation package * Medical and dental coverage at no premium cost for employees * 401(k) and profit-sharing retirement plans * Flexible spending accounts * Generous paid time off (PTO) * Company-paid holidays * Gender-neutral parental leave * Bereavement and pet leave * Continuing education and professional accreditation sponsorship * Life and AD&D insurance * Short- and long-term disability * Employee assistance program * Mental health support program * Additional perks  WORK ENVIRONMENT Work location is flexible/remote. Minimal travel is required. Primarily desk-based work involving data processing, virtual meetings, and document preparation. Occasional extended hours during client deadlines or survey submission periods. Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job.  Reflected below is the base salary range offered for this position. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors including but not limited to academic achievements, skills and experience.
