Summary A Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst leverages data to uncover actionable insights that drive business decisions. The role involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex organizational data to support operational improvements, financial growth, and strategic planning for the company. Responsibilities Collect, clean, and analyze business data from multiple sources (sales, operations, market, finance). Develop and maintain BI solutions and dashboards using tools like Power BI and SQL. Generate standard and custom reports summarizing business, financial, or economic data for executives, managers, and stakeholders. Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, set performance metrics, and deliver tailored analytical solutions. Present comprehensive data visualizations and strategic recommendations to leadership, supporting process improvement, profitability analysis, and business growth. Track and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs), measure performance outcomes, and identify opportunities for operational efficiency. Ensure data integrity, reporting quality, and adherence to regulatory and audit standards across all analytics. Continuously explore new data sources, improve analysis methodologies, and contribute to a data-driven culture. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business analytics, data science, finance, economics, information systems, or a related field. Demonstrated expertise in BI tools (Power BI or other platforms), SQL, advanced Excel, and data modeling. Strong proficiency in querying, cleaning, and interpreting large data sets for executive reporting and strategic recommendations. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present findings to senior management and investor audiences. High attention to detail, data integrity, and audit compliance throughout all analysis and reporting processes. Ability to work in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments aligned to investor and board priorities. Infor or Syteline ERP experience highly desirable, especially for financial and operational reporting integrations.
