Job Title: Virtual Assistant Location: Remote (Outside U.S.) Job Type: Part-Time / Full-Time Salary: $1,200 USD per month About the Role We are seeking a proactive and versatile Virtual Assistant to support our daily operations and marketing efforts. This role combines customer service, scheduling, order coordination, and marketing outreach. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable with both inbound and outbound communication. Key Responsibilities Customer Support & Scheduling Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries. Schedule and confirm in-home consultations and installation appointments. Maintain ongoing communication with customers throughout the order and delivery process. Follow up with customers after installation to ensure satisfaction and request Google Reviews. Order & Operations Support Track orders with suppliers and confirm delivery dates. Communicate updates with the installation team and customers. Keep accurate records in CRM and scheduling systems. Marketing & Social Media Manage and create content for Facebook and Instagram. Post regularly, engage with followers, and respond to comments/messages. Support email campaigns by adding new contacts and managing lists. Lead Generation & Outreach Conduct outbound calls to Realtors, contractors, designers, and new homeowners. Research and generate targeted call lists for outreach. Build and maintain a pipeline of leads for sales opportunities. Qualifications Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Customer Service Representative, or Marketing Assistant. Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Proficient with CRM systems, scheduling software, and social media platforms. Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar). Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks. Outbound calling or lead generation experience is a plus.
