AI Growth Partner (Independent Contractor – 1099) Company: ScalePoint AI Location: Remote (U.S.-based) Job Type: Contract (1099) Schedule: Flexible / Self-Directed Compensation $30,000 – $120,000+ per year (performance-based) Uncapped commissions with recurring monthly income • $500 one-time commission per closed referral • $250/month recurring commission per active client • Residual income paid while clients remain active • No cap on earnings About ScalePoint AI ScalePoint AI is an AI integration and automation consulting firm that helps growing businesses capture more leads, respond faster, and automate follow-up using AI-powered systems. We work with business owners who receive inbound calls and leads but lack the systems to respond and follow up consistently. About the Role We are seeking AI Growth Partners to introduce qualified business owners to ScalePoint AI. This role is ideal for professionals with strong networks who want to earn recurring income without selling, technical work, or customer support responsibilities. You make warm introductions. We handle the demo, sales process, onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support. What You Will Do • Identify business owners receiving inbound leads or calls • Make warm introductions via email, text, or brief intro calls • Submit referrals through our tracking system • Maintain professional relationships within your network What You Will NOT Do • No cold calling • No sales presentations • No software setup or technical work • No customer support • No quotas or fixed schedule Ideal Candidate Profile This role is a strong fit for individuals with experience or networks in: • Real estate or property management • Consulting or coaching • Insurance, finance, or legal services • Business development or partnerships • Community leadership or professional organizations No AI or technical experience required.
