About the Team The Contributor Support team manages high-volume, high-impact workflows across multiple products and operational domains. We partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to resolve issues, improve tooling, and strengthen contributor experience. Role Summary Operations Program Managers (OPMs) are embedded within a Support domain and are responsible for driving system improvements that increase scalability, improve performance, and reduce operational risk. This role focuses on structural solutions rather than day-to-day ticket execution. OPMs identify recurring patterns, strengthen workflows, and partner cross-functionally to improve operational durability within their assigned domain. Responsibilities Drive operational improvements within an assigned vertical Identify recurring issues and design durable process enhancements Partner with Leads to improve KPI performance and operational health Translate frontline insights into scalable workflow or tooling improvements Lead cross-functional initiatives with Product, Engineering, and Operations stakeholders Improve Documentation, training, and process consistency Monitor performance trends and recommend interventions to reduce risk and inefficiency Qualifications You are a systems thinker who enjoys solving structural problems at scale. You are comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and driving initiatives independently. 4+ years of experience in Operations, Support, or related functions Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects Strong analytical and root-cause problem solving skills Excellent written communication and documentation skills Experience working with CRM systems, reporting dashboards, and ops tooling Compensation packages at Scale for eligible roles include base salary, equity, and benefits.
