Your Role We are seeking a fluent English speaker eager to apply their expertise in training and refining groundbreaking AI systems. • Adopt a user-centered perspective to produce authentic data reflecting realistic AI applications. • Utilize structured rubrics to effectively address user needs. • Evaluate AI outputs by examining and ranking responses generated by large language models. • Contribute across various projects based on your unique skills and experience. What We Are Looking For • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher (or currently enrolled). • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to create sophisticated prompts and assess AI reasoning. • Strong Writing: Clear, concise, and engaging communication to articulate decisions or critique responses. • Attention to Detail: Dedication to accuracy and the ability to evaluate technical aspects of AI outputs. • Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in literature, creative writing, history, philosophy, theology, etc. • Previous writing or editorial work (content strategist, technical writer, editor, etc.). • Interest or background in AI, machine learning, or creative tech tools. Compensation and Benefits Earn up to $15 USD/hr, with weekly payouts based on quality, accuracy, and time invested. Payments are made through PayPal and AirTM. Flexible Scheduling: Enjoy the freedom to set your own schedule without the constraints of a 9-to-5 job. Most contributors typically dedicate 5-10 hours per week, with opportunities to work up to 40 hours from home.
