Your Responsibilities • Adopt a user-centered mindset to create realistic data that meets user needs in AI applications. • Utilize structured rubrics to accurately address user requirements. • Evaluate AI outputs by analyzing and assessing reasoning and problem-solving responses from large language models. • Contribute across various projects based on your unique skill set and experience. What We Are Seeking • Education: Bachelor’s degree or current enrollment in a degree program. • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Aptitude for crafting complex, professional-level prompts and reviewing nuanced AI reasoning. • Strong Writing: Ability to write clearly, concisely, and engagingly when articulating decisions or critiquing responses. • Attention to Detail: Strong commitment to accuracy and the capability to evaluate the technical components of model outputs. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in disciplines such as literature, creative writing, history, philosophy, or theology. • Prior experience in writing or editing roles, including content strategy or technical writing. • Interest in or background knowledge of AI, machine learning, or innovative tech tools. Compensation and Benefits Earn up to $15 USD/hr, with payments made weekly. Rates may vary based on quality, accuracy, and completion time. Payments are processed through PayPal and AirTM. Flexible Work Hours: No contracts and no rigid work hours. You have the autonomy to design your own schedule. (Most contributors dedicate 5-10 hours weekly, with the possibility of up to 40 hours working from home.)
