Full Description

Job Title: Designer / Senior Designer – CAD / Technical Support design team in development of seasonal collections and custom/VIP development Create technical drawings and specs for technique, embroidery, and accessories Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas vendors, ensuring design integrity throughout the development process Work on capsule and special project development including but not limited to footwear, accessories, packaging design, brand collateral, and store displays Manage creation of custom client package presentations Maintain WIP charts for managing development progress Communicate effectively with in-house Atelier for accurate execution of concepts Build and maintain organized design presentation boards for review meetings Act as a brand champion, ensuring all designs are consistent with the brands vision and aesthetic SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor degree in Fashion Design with 6-10 years of Design experience with high-end/luxury brands Elevated taste level Excellent knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and manufacturing process Strong understanding of luxury materials, finishing techniques, embellishments, and trims Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator a must Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from ideation through production, with strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to negotiate with credibility, share information effectively, and work confidently with cross functional teams Creative problem solver with ability to think outside the box Willingness and flexibility to adapt in order to meet project requirements and deadlines Team player with a positive attitude Salary $110,000-$130,000
