We are seeking an analytical, detail-oriented Logistics Analyst to support our remote operations team. In this role, you will analyze, optimize, and coordinate logistics processes to ensure smooth supply chain operations. You’ll evaluate data, track shipments, identify inefficiencies, and provide insights that drive cost savings, improved delivery performance, and operational excellence. This position is fully remote, offering flexibility while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities • Monitor, analyze, and optimize logistics and supply chain workflows. • Track shipments, delivery timelines, and carrier performance to ensure timely arrival of goods. • Evaluate transportation costs, routes, and service levels to identify improvement opportunities. • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics performance reports. • Coordinate with vendors, carriers, warehouse teams, and internal departments to resolve delays or discrepancies. • Analyze inventory levels, demand forecasts, and distribution patterns. • Recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs. • Maintain accurate documentation of logistics activities, data logs, and performance metrics. • Support implementation of new logistics systems, tools, or automation solutions. • Ensure compliance with company policies, shipping regulations, and industry standards. Qualifications • Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, or a related role. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, or other data-analysis tools. • Familiarity with supply chain software (ERP, WMS, TMS) is a plus. • Excellent communication and coordination abilities. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Ability to work remotely and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not required). • Experience in transportation planning, inventory management, or vendor coordination. • Knowledge of industry practices and shipping regulations.
