Sayva Solutions is a technology-driven organization seeking a hands-on and people-oriented Lead Full Stack Engineer to join their growing software engineering team. This role involves managing and mentoring a team of software engineers while driving backend architecture and front-end delivery across critical digital platforms used in the transportation industry. Responsibilities • Manage and mentor a team of software engineers, facilitating technical growth and career progression through regular feedback and development planning. • Lead backend design and architecture using .NET Core and C#, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with product needs. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Design teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. • Participate in hands-on coding and technical reviews, helping maintain high-quality code and best engineering practices. • Champion a collaborative and inclusive team culture focused on innovation, learning, and psychological safety. • Oversee software deployment and cloud operations across Azure or AWS environments using Docker/Kubernetes. • Implement system observability, testing practices, and performance monitoring to ensure reliability and maintainability. Skills • 7+ years of software engineering experience, with demonstrated technical depth in backend systems and API development • Deep expertise in .NET Core and C#, including system architecture and performance optimization • Strong experience with SQL-based databases such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL • Experience deploying and managing cloud-native applications in Azure or AWS • Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines • Familiarity with modern frontend tools, including React, TypeScript, and TailwindCSS • Track record of technical mentorship, leadership in peer code reviews, and contributing to team-wide standards • Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, team-first mindset • Exposure to microservices architecture, clean architecture, or domain-driven design (DDD) • Familiarity with GraphQL or advanced RESTful API design • Experience with NoSQL solutions like MongoDB, DynamoDB, or Cosmos DB • Knowledge of event-driven systems and messaging frameworks (e.g., Service Bus, MassTransit) • Experience leading or scaling engineering teams and improving dev processes Benefits • Comprehensive benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with match + many more amazing benefits) • Full benefits (medical/dental/vision/401k match + more) Company Overview • Sayva Solutions specializes in delivering strategic support and extraordinary outcomes to finance, accounting, technology, and HR teams.
