Title: SuccessFactors Integration Analyst Location: Ohio || Remote Duration: 12 Months Contract Position Summary • The SuccessFactors Integration Analyst will own and manage end-to-end integrations between SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP), and various third-party systems. • This role requires strong understanding of EC and Payroll data models, hands-on experience with CPI, and familiarity with Workforce Software (Time, Absence, Scheduling). • You will partner closely with HR, IT, and external vendors to ensure seamless integration design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. Top Skills (Priority Order) • SAP SuccessFactors – Employee Central (EC / EC Pro) • SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) • Workforce Software modules (Time, Absence, Scheduling) Key Responsibilities • Deliver integration solutions for SuccessFactors EC, ECP, and associated modules using both standard and custom integration patterns. • Lead the full integration lifecycle—requirements, design, vendor coordination, testing, deployment, and production support. • Partner with third-party vendors to define data needs, timelines, SLAs, and error-handling processes. • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and create detailed Functional Design Documents. • Build and maintain data flows between SuccessFactors, Workforce Software, finance systems, time/benefits vendors, and on-prem applications. • Conduct data mapping, validation, and transformation during integration design. • Ensure integrations align with security, compliance, performance, and operational standards. • Lead or support unit, system, and end-to-end testing, including defect resolution and documentation. • Maintain up-to-date integration specs, flow diagrams, runbooks, and error logs. • Collaborate with module leads to identify enhancements and process optimization opportunities. • Remain flexible to learn and support additional SAP SuccessFactors modules as needed. Job Requirements • 3–6 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience with emphasis on Employee Central and EC Payroll integrations. • Hands-on experience with SAP CPI, Dell Boomi, and/or Workforce Software (Time, Absence, Scheduling) strongly preferred. • Strong understanding of EC data models, EC→Payroll replication, and integration best practices. • Ability to work both independently and in team environments. • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and time-management skills. • Capable of working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and managing shifting priorities. • Willingness to work occasional weekends, holidays, overtime, as needed to meet deadlines. • Travel as required (auto or air). • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Understanding of current HRIS/integration trends and ability to recommend improved solutions.
