Title: Oracle PLM PM Location: Remote (quarterly travel may be required PA for team planning) Duration: 12 Months Contract || W2 Summary: PLM PM = Project delivery lead & stakeholder manager ensuring scope, budget, and timeline About the Role • We’re seeking a client-facing Oracle PLM Business Analyst to lead cross-functional teams through Oracle PLM implementations, upgrades, and integrations. • This role requires both deep PLM domain expertise and a consultative, solutions-oriented mindset. You’ll serve as the central point of coordination for internal teams and client stakeholders, ensuring projects are executed on time, on budget, and to specification. Key Responsibilities: • Define & Scope: Work with stakeholders to set objectives, success metrics, and technical feasibility • Project Planning: Develop and maintain project timelines and resource plans using MS Project, Jira, or Confluence • Governance & Reporting: Prepare and deliver status updates, RAID logs, and milestone documentation to stakeholders • Change Control: Manage scope, schedule, and cost changes using formal project governance practices • Team Coordination: Lead internal and external teams to ensure alignment and execution • Client Engagement: Conduct requirement-gathering meetings, present designs, and facilitate issue escalation • Documentation & Standards: Maintain detailed project documentation and support PMO standards • Risk Management: Log, assess, and escalate risks, issues, and key decisions • Executive Alignment: Collaborate with executive stakeholders to support strategic planning and funding Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree • 5+ years of hands-on Oracle PLM experience (including implementations, customizations, integrations) • Industry experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Cosmetics, or Chemicals • PMP or equivalent project management certification strongly preferred • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum), RPA, API integrations, and data governance • Fluent in English (additional languages a plus) • Willing to travel up to 20% as needed
