The Mission: Scaling Saviynt’s Revenue Frontier Saviynt is at a massive inflection point. Following a $700M KKR-led funding round, we aren't just looking for a partnership manager—we are looking for a heavy-hitting Business Development leader to turn our OEM and Embedded Technology segment into a primary global revenue engine. As the Senior Director, you will be the commercial architect behind our most lucrative, long-term deals. Your goal is simple: Embed Saviynt’s technology into the world’s largest software platforms to drive massive, scalable, recurring revenue. \n The Impact: Revenue, Scale, and Market Dominance This is a high-impact leadership role focused on transactional excellence and strategic market capture. Drive the Top Line: You are directly responsible for defining and hitting aggressive revenue targets for the OEM and Embedded business. You’ll build the pipeline, qualify the "whales," and close the deals. Master the Deal Structure: You’ll lead complex negotiations—from royalty models and licensing tiers to support frameworks and revenue recognition—partnering with Legal and Finance to ensure high-margin success. Monetize the Ecosystem: You won’t just "manage" partners; you will build monetization engines with Cloud Providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SaaS giants (ServiceNow, Salesforce, Snowflake) that turn integrations into massive GTM wins. Lead the Charge: You’ll represent Saviynt’s commercial interests at the executive level, convincing C-suite partners that embedding Saviynt is the fastest way for them to unlock new markets and protect their customers. The Profile: A Strategic Deal-Maker We need a closer who understands the technical landscape but prioritizes the bottom line. The Track Record: 10+ years in enterprise software/security, with at least 5 years specifically leading OEM, embedded, or high-value strategic BD. The Commercial Mindset: You are an expert at structuring complex, multi-year contracts. You know how to align partner incentives with Saviynt’s growth goals. Strategic Vision: You can identify "white space" in a partner’s product roadmap and position Saviynt as the essential, revenue-generating solution they’ve been missing. Cross-Functional Command: You know how to mobilize Product, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure a deal doesn't just get signed—it gets launched and starts producing revenue. Travel: 25–50%. You’ll be where the deals are—on the road, in the boardroom, and at the center of the industry’s biggest events. Background: Deep knowledge of IAM/Zero Trust is a plus, but your ability to structure and close high-value technology deals is what matters most.
