About the Role: We’re looking for a hands-on, strategic, and creative content marketing leader to build and scale Saviynt’s content engine. This person will develop programs that elevate awareness, fuel demand, and bring our brand voice to life across every channel, from thought leadership and SEO-driven content to integrated campaigns and social storytelling. This is a highly collaborative role, partnering closely with Product Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Social, and Creative to create an ecosystem of content that engages audiences and drives measurable impact. You’ll also play a pivotal role in shifting the company mindset from a deeply product-oriented culture to one that embraces the power of storytelling, expertise, and trust over feature lists and sales pitches. \n What You’ll Be Doing Build and scale Saviynt’s content marketing function, setting strategy, processes, and priorities from scratch. Develop and manage a high-performing team of writers and content creators, while also writing and creating content yourself. Partner with Product Marketing to translate technical expertise into compelling narratives, thought leadership, and campaign content. Collaborate with Integrated Marketing to create content journeys that support awareness, engagement, and lead generation goals. Collaborate with Digital Marketing to build and execute global SEO and GEO strategy to ensure content performance and visibility across global markets. Lead content strategy and editorial planning to build brand authority, integrating SEO and GEO insights to create high impact, optimized content that drives engagement and supports demand generation. Establish content frameworks across the funnel from ungated thought leadership (blogs, articles, videos, reports) to gated lead-gen assets (ebooks, webinars, guides). Bring a data-driven mindset to define KPIs, measure impact, and continuously optimize based on performance and intent signals. Champion the audience-first approach helping the organization understand that great content builds relationships before it sells anything. Stay ahead of B2B trends including buying groups, AI in marketing,and intent-based strategies and to translate those shifts into actionable programs for Saviynt. What You Bring 7+ years of experience in B2B technology marketing, with at least 3 years in a content leadership role. Proven ability to connect the dots across marketing, product, and sales to create cohesive, audience-first narratives. Deep understanding of SEO, content strategy, and the evolving B2B funnel (including buying groups and intent signals). Strong writing and editing instincts, you know what makes a story resonate and what drives engagement. Adept at leading and mentoring creative teams with empathy, clarity, and collaboration. Forward-thinking, curious, and unafraid to experiment. A driven, marketing-obsessed person who values continuous improvement, collaboration, respect, and building great work with great people. \n If required for this role, you will: - Complete security & privacy literacy and awareness training during onboarding and annually thereafter - Review (initially and annually thereafter), understand, and adhere to Information Security/Privacy Policies and Procedures such as (but not limited to): > Data Classification, Retention & Handling Policy > Incident Response Policy/Procedures > Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Policy/Procedures > Mobile Device Policy > Account Management Policy > Access Control Policy > Personnel Security Policy > Privacy Policy Saviynt is an amazing place to work.
