Essential Duties & Responsibilities Revenue Growth & New Business Acquisition Develop and execute a comprehensive territory or domain plan to expand Savista’s market footprint. Prospect and build strong relationships with C-Suite and executive-level stakeholders at target and assigned accounts. Lead all aspects of the sales cycle, including qualification, discovery, solution design, proposal development, negotiation, and closing. Create and position bundled, innovative solution packages that align Savista’s capabilities with customer needs. Deliver measurable financial impact for prospects and customers by aligning solutions to their strategic, operational, and financial objectives. Strategic Sales Execution & Internal Collaboration Coordinate efforts across Savista Operations business units (domestic and global), Strategy, and subject matter experts to support end-to end solutions and strategic outsourcing deals. Partner with internal teams—including Operations, Strategy, Finance, Legal, Implementations and Client Success—to ensure alignment of strategy, pricing, and handoffs. Manage accurate forecasting, pipeline development, account planning, and competitive assessments. Serve as the executive contact for customers until appropriate transition to the Client Success Manager. Solution Expertise & Market Intelligence Maintain expert-level knowledge of Savista’s full-service portfolio, features, benefits, and differentiators. Understand customer operations, industry trends, regulatory dynamics, and competitive landscape to inform positioning and strategy. Deliver clear, compelling presentations to clients of varying sizes and backgrounds; adapt communication style and tactics based on real-time feedback. Translate complex information into concise, compelling value propositions and business cases. Negotiation & Relationship Management Lead complex negotiations with both internal and external stakeholders; seek common ground and drive mutually beneficial outcomes. Build and maintain trust-based relationships throughout the sales cycle by demonstrating consistency, transparency, and professionalism. Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within existing accounts; monitor customer activity and satisfaction to support long-term growth. Establish rapport quickly and cultivate constructive, effective relationships with key decision-makers. Customer Advocacy & Satisfaction Ensure customer expectations are well defined, achievable, and aligned to Savista’s capabilities. Demonstrate exceptional responsiveness to customer inquiries, requests, and concerns. Gather customer feedback and use it to inform product enhancements, process improvements, and strategic recommendations. Champion customer-centric behaviors internally to reinforce a culture of service excellence. Minimum Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare Administration 10+ years of progressive sales experience, with strong healthcare revenue cycle experience required, and professional services environments. Proven success in closing complex, high-value deals at the C-Suite level. Demonstrated ability to independently manage a full sales cycle and meet or exceed revenue targets. Strong negotiation, presentation, analytical, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work collaboratively across diverse internal teams without formal authority. Demonstrated ability to utilize new technologies (ie: AI, Chat GPT, etc.) to drive and recommend efficiencies and improvements. Note: Savista is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The annual range for this role is from 150K-175K. However, specific compensation for the role will vary within the above range based on many factors including but not limited to geographic location, candidate experience, applicable certifications, and skills.
