Full Description

Here at Savista, we enable our clients to navigate the biggest challenges in healthcare: quality clinical care with positive patient experiences and optimal financial results. We partner with healthcare organizations to problem solve and deliver revenue cycle improvement services that enable their success, support their patients, and nurture their communities, all while living our values of Commitment, Authenticity, Respect and Excellence (CARE). Key Responsibilities Client Data Onboarding & Integration Collaborate with the Savista Implementation team to understand new client data structures, business processes, and system requirements. Define, document, and manage data mapping from client source systems to Savista’s RCM data model. Identify and document required data transformations, validation rules, and reconciliation processes to ensure data integrity. Work closely with the Data Management development team to deliver high-quality, validated integrations. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Savista’s RCM workflow, ensuring that integrated data accurately supports and drives operational processes such as billing, payments, claims, and reporting. Data Management & Scrum Oversight Manage scrum boards for all Data Management and Integration activities, tracking progress, priorities, and deliverables. Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups as needed to maintain alignment between business and technical teams. Proactively identify blockers or dependencies, escalating and coordinating resolutions with stakeholders and development teams. Maintain up-to-date documentation of mapping artifacts, transformation logic, and integration specifications. Technical Execution & Support Perform advanced SQL queries for data profiling, validation, and troubleshooting. Apply strong knowledge of relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Azure SQL) to ensure optimal data performance and accuracy. Support the design, testing, and validation of data pipelines and ETL processes. Collaborate with QA and implementation teams to verify data accuracy, workflow functionality, and overall system readiness prior to go-live. Qualifications Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field required. Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, data mapping, or data integration, ideally within healthcare or revenue cycle management. Proven expertise in SQL and relational database design, including advanced query development and performance tuning. Demonstrated experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Strong understanding of ETL principles, data quality management, and integration best practices. Experience with healthcare data formats (e.g., 270/271 EDI, 835/837 EDI, HL7) preferred. Familiarity with RCM workflows, including Eligibility, Self-Pay, Bad-Debt, claim submission, payment posting, and denials management, a strong plus. Skills & Competencies: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and workflow alignment. Exceptional documentation and communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Proactive and collaborative team player who drives accountability and results.
