Position Summary The Global Distribution Channel Partner Manager is responsible for building, managing, and scaling Savillex’s global distributor and channel partner network. This role owns partner strategy, onboarding, enablement, performance management, and alignment to Savillex’s commercial and operational objectives. This position is critical to expanding Savillex’s global reach while maintaining brand integrity, customer experience, and profitable growth through indirect sales channels. Key Responsibilities Channel Strategy & Development • Define and execute Savillex’s global channel partner strategy in alignment with regional growth goals. • Identify, evaluate, optimize current and onboard new distribution partners in targeted global markets. • Define partner segmentation, coverage models, and regional responsibilities. Partner Management & Performance • Serve as the primary point of contact for global distribution partners. • Establish KPIs, scorecards, and regular business reviews to drive accountability and growth. • Manage partner forecasts, pipeline visibility, and demand alignment. Enablement & Support • Lead partner onboarding, training, and any certification programs. • Equip partners with product knowledge, pricing guidance, sales tools, and marketing resources. • Ensure consistent messaging, positioning, and customer experience across all regions. Commercial & Operational Alignment • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain to support partner success. • Coordinate pricing strategies, discount structures, and deal approvals within channel guidelines. • Support new product launches and regional rollouts through channel partners. Governance, Compliance & Brand Integrity • Ensure channel partners comply with Savillex policies, brand standards, and regulatory requirements. • Maintain distribution agreements, territory definitions, and channel rules of engagement. • Address channel conflict and resolve escalations as needed. Analytics & Continuous Improvement • Track channel performance metrics including revenue, margin, pipeline health, and partner ROI. • Identify opportunities to improve partner productivity and expand share of wallet. • Drive continuous improvement in channel processes and systems. Qualifications Required • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field. • 7+ years of experience in channel management, distribution, or partner sales. • Proven success managing international distributors or indirect sales channels. • Strong commercial acumen with experience in forecasting, deal structures, and partner negotiations. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across cultures and regions. Preferred • Experience in biopharma, life sciences, or regulated analytical markets. • Familiarity with global trade, distribution agreements, and regional compliance considerations. • Experience working in high-growth, mid-sized manufacturing organizations.
