Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Provide clients with accurate information regarding services, policies, and procedures. Schedule and manage appointments for clients and accountants. Assist clients with account inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner. Maintain client records and update information as necessary in our database. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations and client satisfaction. Perform general administrative tasks to support the accounting team. High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or customer service is a plus. Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the accounting or financial services industry. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on professionalism. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
