Develop and maintain strong client relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, and vendor managers. Understand client IT staffing needs and align them with the company s recruiting capabilities. Negotiate contract terms, bill rates, and agreements with clients. Collaborate with the recruitment delivery team to ensure timely fulfilment of client requirements. Drive business growth and revenue generation through new account acquisition. Represent the company in a professional manner to build trust and long-term partnerships. Key Requirements:Proven experience in US IT Staffing business development / sales. Strong network of direct clients, MSPs, or system integrators in the US staffing market. Excellent understanding of contract staffing, permanent staffing, and VMS/MSP models. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and on a commission-based/revenue-sharing model.
