Saratoga Medical is hiring a Remote Business Analyst 3. Package includes competitive rate, paid time off and benefit options.   Saratoga Medical has an exciting opportunity for a Remote Business Analyst 3. This is a great full-time opportunity 40 hours work week schedule, Monday to Friday, excluding Federal holidays. Please see qualifications below and submit your resume if you are interested in being considered: Minimum Qualifications: * 10+ years of business analysis experience on software development projects, including preparation of project documentation. * 10+ years of strong interpersonal, analytical, and written/verbal communication skills, including technical writing. * 10+ years of hands-on experience with requirements elicitation, client management, traceability, use cases, prototyping, and data modeling. * 10+ years of experience facilitating collaborative sessions with business and cross-functional teams. * 10+ years of experience analyzing production support issues and performing root cause analysis. * 10+ years of experience developing design documents and business process diagrams. * 10+ years of experience defining functional and system specifications and delivering completed documentation packages. * 10+ years of experience supporting user acceptance testing, training, and implementation activities. * 8+ years of knowledge of Software Quality Assurance (SQA) or Software Engineering methodologies. * 8+ years of experience writing and validating test plans, test cases, and quality standards. * 8+ years of experience translating business requirements into test procedures. * 8+ years of experience with the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). * 8+ years of hands-on experience using JIRA (user stories, test cases, execution, reporting). * 8+ years of experience with manual and automated testing, including smoke, regression, black-box, and white-box testing. * Advanced-level experience using Oracle/SQL queries.
