Department Human Resources Job Summary Welcome to the Human Resources Department! We are seeking a per diem Talent Acquisition Sourcer with Healthcare experience (will not participate in recruitment) who will be responsible for the following: Creating and maintaining an active flow of prospects and candidates by utilizing advanced internet searching skills, networking, database mining, referrals, and other recruitment techniques for current and future open positions. Responsible for proactively sourcing talented and diverse prospects through innovative sourcing techniques; identifying candidates to fill critical positions by utilizing online database searches, internal databases, networking, referrals and research. Required Qualifications - Require three (3) years of experience using internet search tools - Require an Associate's degree in a related field. Additional relevant work experience can be considered in lieu of degree requirement on a year-for-year basis. Preferred Qualifications -Prefer ability in facilitating recruitment initiatives which align with business goals and budget. -Prefer ability in utilizing Word, Excel, PowerPoint and internet. -Prefer ability to build a relationship with leaders, to be aproachable and guide sourcing discussions. -Prefer ability to work independently and meet deadlines. -Prefer previous experience in HR, recruiting or staffing. -Previous experience with applicant tracking systems and social media sourcing strategies. -Prefer proficiency in Linked-in recruiter. -Prefer sound judgment in solving problems including identifying problems that require additional evaluation. -Prefer strong written and verbal communication, influencing and networking skills. This position pays a flat rate of $20.75 hourly.
