Implement and analyze website tracking and reporting to optimize conversion rates and collaborate with stakeholders.
Advanced Google Analytics knowledge, JavaScript and SQL helpful, and understanding of data privacy regulations.
• Tracking & Implementation: Define and implement tracking requirements using Google Tag Manager to ensure accurate data collection across sites and apps. • Analysis & Reporting: Monitor website traffic, user journeys, and conversion funnels to identify trends and drop-off points. • Dashboard Development: Build and maintain automated reports and real-time dashboards in tools like Looker Studio or Tableau. • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Plan and execute A/B and multivariate tests to improve landing page performance and overall site ROI. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical data into clear, concise narratives for marketing, IT, and executive teams. Skills Needed • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) reporting, including creating and customizing dashboards and reports. • Knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, and HTML helpful for deep analysis and debugging. • Proficiency in Google Analytics and Pixels, including tracking code implementation, goal and funnel configuration, and data filtering. • Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of data privacy regulations like GDPR, CCPA, and PIPEDA, and security tools like OneTrust helpful but not required • Expertise in creating custom dimensions, metrics, and event tracking to capture unique data points. • Familiarity with other Google tools, such as Google Search Console and Google Data Studio for a holistic view of website
